We slept in this morning and then decided to go ahead and run to the grocery store before the afternoon and evening crowds hit.
Bad idea walking down the toy aisles at Wally-World...we each got a 50 cent kite, lol.
Fast forward to this evening and we played frisbee in the backyard for a bit before heading out to the front to fly our kites. I had one that was "Clubhouse Disney" - with Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy in a hot air balloon....and Robby's was the Blue Angels. We had almost every little kid on this block standing at the edge of their driveways watching the kites and begging their parents to go fly one, lol. Poor kiddos.
A couple times ours would go up over the house enough for Skye to see them and start barking - it was kinda cute.
Off again tomorrow, yippee!
