T.G.I.F!
Went to Moore-Norman Tech this morning and took the assessment tests. The computerized version...data-entry...I scored higher than 99% of the people who take the test - wohoo! The written part was answering four questions on different situations that could arise. I think I did pretty well on them. Left the Tech center at 8:45, stopped in Moore at McDonalds (horribly long line!) to get breakfast and then started up north on the interstate to head to work. Well, as I got closer to I-40 I noticed traffic slowing down and I saw a bunch of police lights about a 1/4 mile ahead that were moving on north. It happened to be Pres Bush's motorcade! He was in town for about four hours to do a fundraising event and a conference. I ended up having to stop and park my car on the interestate for 30 minutes while he finished going through the interstate bypasses. I was going to take a short lunch, but decided to out to eat with Krissy instead. Always good conversations with her! We went to Cattlemen's for their lunch steak special, yummy! Anyhow - so now I'm waiting for Robby to get home from work -- he was early today, luckily, so he should be home soon! Later!
